Do you have the experience to help customers envision the possibilities that our services and solutions can create for them, and then help them unlock that potential value for their businesses?We are hiring an accomplished Sale Go-to-Market Specialist for AWS Global & Strategic Accounts (GSA). This role will focus on building scalable & repeatable multi-year mechanisms that help our customers accelerate their journey to the cloud on AWS. Working backwards from our customer's strategic LOB & IT business priorities, and leveraging a variety of customer and market data, we are working to constantly innovate our sales GTM motions, to ensure we are using our customer-facing resources in an optimized way that amplifies customer value and business impact.The ideal candidate will have experience in sales strategy & business development, cloud technologies, and AI/ML capabilities, with a proven record of enabling & scaling sales GTM motions, to help our sales & technical teams be smarter about where to engage for maximum impact. Our primary objective is to help our GSA customers more quickly leverage and harness the power of AWS to innovate rapidly, develop & deploy industry & vertical solutions, and realize quicker time to value. Success will be measured by our customers migrating more workloads, innovating new solutions to help their customers, and ultimately broader & deeper AWS service adoption & revenue growth.This role will work closely with a broad set of AWS stakeholders including GSA sales & technical leadership, our Proserve & Partner teams, our specialized sales teams, and our enablement & operations teams. Determining how to best bring solutions to market, leveraging AWS programs, initiatives, funding, and best practices, and a proven track record of enabling sales teams to drive adoption of Sales GTM motions with tangible business results is a must.* 10+ years of business development experience with proven results, selling technology, preferably cloud, hosted and managed services in technology industry* 5+ years of business strategy, analytics, & operations experience in Fortune 1000 organizations* 5+ years working in complex legacy IT environments, Enterprise applications, and market analysis* Experience with, and detailed knowledge of Cloud technologies, with a focus on AI/ML servicesAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
