TIBCO – we are just scratching the surface. Wage Notice Overview The Enterprise Sales Executive initiates and executes sales transactions of TIBCO software products to primarily new customers. You are responsible for a set of named target accounts that can be a mixture of existing customers and prospects. What You'll Do

  • You are responsible for managing all aspects of the sales cycle.

  • Identify key decision-makers and build strong relationships with customers.

  • Penetrate and develop new prospects and existing accounts, perform sales presentations to prospects, negotiate contracts, and close new business deals.

  • Work closely with the pre-sales technical support team and perform assessments to determine customer requirements.

  • Ultimately, the Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for selling TIBCO products within their designated accounts to maximize customer satisfaction, while maximizing sales revenue.

    Who You Are

  • 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience selling into large organizations with a strong track record against quota.

  • Strong business development, technical presentation skills, and the ability to present technical concepts and business solutions clearly through demonstrations and proposals are required.

  • You must have good organizational skills, prospecting and follow-up skills.

  • You must have strong business skills in order to present TIBCO solutions from a business benefit perspective.

  • Required qualities are self-motivated, problem solver who is detail oriented and can work within a metrics driven environment

  • Proficient in account planning and understanding of territory management

  • Manage forecast accuracy on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis


  • Familiar with Force Management sales methodology

  • Salesforce CRM tool

  • Creative approaches to securing new clients
