Ecolab Sales Development Manager in Seattle, Washington

Join Ecolab's Quick Service Restaurant Team as aSales Development Manager. You will drive sales and attain budget goals by leveraging prospecting, cold calling, and networking skills to target quick service restaurants to offer our Ware wash and Water Filtration programs. We are looking forcandidates who reside in the Seattle (WA) or Portland (OR) area. Candidates must also be willing to travel overnight approximately 25% of the time. What You Will Do: Generate new sales from targeted new product introductions. Maintain and increase sales with current corporate account customers. Represent Ecolab in assigned customer relationships. Maintain an awareness of competitive, customer and industry conditions and report them to management. Able to conduct quarterly business reviews with customers. Able to lead special projects such as tests in customer locations. Position Details: This position is based in: Seattle, Washington Territory covers Washington (State), Oregon, and Idaho 25% overnight travel required. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree 2+ years of experience in foodservice 1+ years of outside sales experience Availability for approximately 25% overnight travel Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record No Immigration Sponsorship available Preferred Qualifications: Business to Business sales experience Ability to lead cross-divisional teams. Proven track record of achieving sales commitments. Demonstrated experience in successfully closing major deals with new corporate accounts. Seasoned Negotiator Strong interpersonal, communications and listening skills. Results oriented and entrepreneurial with solid business instincts. Automated Ware wash and/or Water Filtration experience Annual or Hourly Compensation Range: The base salary range is $68,000 - $95,000. This role is eligible for a 15% business unit incentive plan based on achievement of revenue generating metrics, per plan terms. The total compensation range is: $78,000 - $115,000+ annually. Annual or Hourly Compensation Range is based on full-time 40 hours per week. Ecolab in good faith anticipates it will pay within the posted range.
