Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Sales Associate to join our team. Based in Seattle, Washington, you will be part of our retail team, focusing on providing exceptional customer service and assisting in sales. This is a customer-facing role, where excellent communication skills and a friendly personality are critical.

Responsibilities:

• Providing detailed information on merchandise to customers and highlighting relevant offers

• Handling high volume customer interactions with professionalism and efficiency

• Learning quickly to master retail and cash handling duties

• Standing for extended periods and lifting boxes up to 40 lbs as needed

• Following a specific dress code, which includes wearing a provided shirt

• Maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor at all times

• Participating in mandatory orientation and training sessions

• Ensuring availability for multiple shifts per week, including at least one weekend matinee

• Responding to customer inquiries promptly and accurately

• Assisting in the hiring process, including reviewing resumes and conducting pre-recorded video interviews. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service or a related role

• Demonstrable sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

• Experience in providing workstation support would be advantageous

• Familiarity with hiring processes and procedures

• Ability to effectively merchandise and present products

• Experience in handling cash, preferably in a retail setting

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Proficiency in using video for communication or training

• Knowledge of SAN - Storage Area Network would be beneficial

• Familiarity with R Code and track systems

• Ability to provide insightful solutions to customer queries or problems

• Experience or interest in the theatrical industry is a plus

• Retail experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
