We are seeking an analytical Risk Program Manager to support the Prime Video Trust & Safety Content Policy Enforcement team to drive high-visibility and strategic programs. Prime Video Trust & Safety programs aim to enable a globally trusted customer experience by ensuring that Prime Video provides content customers love and trust and accurate, meaningful and complete information to empowering customers to make informed viewing choices for themselves and their children.

This role will focus on supporting programmatic and strategic initiatives within Prime Video Trust & Safety. As a Risk Program Manager for the Trust & Safety Content Policy Enforcement team, you will play a key role in the development and execution of strategies and initiatives to help safeguard our service, protect our users, and uphold the integrity of our community. You will work closely with teams across the organization to identify and mitigate emerging risks, support incident response efforts, and contribute to improving our trust and safety capabilities.

The candidate must be able to balance strategic thinking with careful, detailed implementation, while addressing issues that may not be clearly defined, overcoming challenges, and adapting to changing circumstances. A successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment, using analytical skills and resourcefulness to deliver results with guidance and oversight from senior team members.

Key job responsibilities

  • Program/Process Development: Support the development and execution of Trust & Safety strategies, and assist cross-functional teams in implementation to protect the service, users, and brand reputation.

  • Compliance: Keep up to date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to help ensure the organization remains compliant. Work with legal and compliance teams to address any compliance-related risks.

  • Reporting: Help prepare regular reports on content policy initiatives, including key risk indicators, risk trends, and mitigation progress. Support the presentation of findings to senior management as needed.

  • Continuous Improvement: Provide input on ways to assess and enhance the Trust and Safety risk management framework and processes to adapt to evolving business needs and industry best practices. Share feedback from stakeholders and lessons learned.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, such as product, engineering, business and legal, to help incorporate Trust & Safety considerations into the design, development, and implementation of service features and functionalities.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of program or project management experience

  • Experience defining program requirements and metrics, and leveraging data to drive improvements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, public policy or related field, or 4+ years of related professional experience in a related field

  • Experience with Excel (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent

  • Experience establishing successful partnerships with internal and external teams to execute tactical initiatives or equivalent

  • Prior Trust & Safety experience

  • SQL and Python proficiency

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience

  • Experience collaborating with and influencing global cross-functional stakeholders

  • MBA or Master's degree in a related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
