What we need:

We’re currently searching for an experienced and driven individual to join our team in the role of our part-time Revenue Operations Specialist. This person will partner cross-functionally with leaders across the company and with external clients. You will be a trusted advisor, focused on business operational activities, strategic planning, and sales optimization. This is a high-impact role with a mix of project execution (set up, optimize, decommission) and rapidly changing priorities. You will think strategically, arrive at a focused plan, and execute to fruition internally and externally.

What you'll do:

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and operational teams to develop strategies and improvements for client reporting.

  • Ability to manage projects and implement tools for new client technology (CRM, prospecting, data flow, reporting) stacks.

  • Analyze client reporting data and provide insights to help sales and marketing teams pivot strategies when needed.

  • Take high-level business goals and are able to define metrics, reports/dashboards, and executive memoranda and presentations that track progress, influence organizational behavior, drive forward-looking strategy, and identify areas of improvement.

  • Build reports and dashboards to track activity and performance metrics and KPIs for internal use and client visibility. This includes Google Data Studio and could migrate to other technologies in the future

  • Day-to-day field operations support for sales and marketing teams.

  • Prior experience as help desk support for internal teams helpful, though not required.

  • Translate business requirements to operational and technical requirements.

  • Develop, implement and manage operational sales/business development solutions and processes.

  • Support complex non-standard deal proposals, monitor RFI/RFP responses and tracking in CRM.

  • Assist with onboarding and training sales teams on technology best practices.

  • Attend internal and external meetings as assigned for the purpose of conveying and/or gathering information required to perform functions.

  • Assist in creation and maintenance of sales dashboard and supporting documentation.

  • Monitor projects in project management software and update proactively.

  • Other duties as assigned.

The expertise you bring:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in sales operations/strategy roles. Agency experience preferred, but not required.

  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex ideas/data into consumable insights.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills – able to manage upwards effectively and demonstrate confidence in presenting ideas with executive audiences.

  • Demonstrable understanding of the SaaS industry and sales disciplines.

  • Functional working knowledge with multiple CRM’s; strong experience with creating and maintaining reports and dashboards.

  • Working knowledge of SQL.

  • Proficiency in G-Suite applications.

  • Working experience with Google Data Studio.

  • Data architecture experience highly preferred.

  • Commitment to see things through toward actionable outcomes and results.

  • Flexible team player, able to “roll up your sleeves,” with a bias for action.

  • Ability to balance focus on measurable outcomes with genuine empathy for people, customers, and the business.
