ADOBE SYSTEMS INC Research Scientist/Engineer (multiple openings) in Seattle, Washington

Research methods for improving Adobe technology and products. Duties include: Pursue research problems in computer graphics, computer vision, and machine learning, especially focused on generative AI methods for content creation across 3D, vectors and images, AI/ML-based 3D-aware image and video editing, and AI/ML-based reconstruction and rendering. Collaborate with other researchers at Adobe to invent state-of-the-art algorithms for these problems. Patent these algorithms and publish them at the premier computer graphics, vision and machine learning venues. Build and iterate over functional prototypes of these algorithms. Collaborate with product groups to integrate these prototypes into Adobe's products.   

May allow for partial telecommuting. 

Employer will accept a Ph.D. degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related field and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or in a Computer and Information Research Scientist-related occupation. Position requires 12 months of experience in the following: 3D graphics, 3D vision, deep neural networks, generative models for content synthesis, image processing, and computational photography; Peer-reviewed publications in computer vision, graphics, and machine learning venues; Python and deep learning development; and Machine learning APIs and frameworks; and PyTorch.
