TEKsystems Research Coordinator in Seattle, Washington

TEKsystems is searching for an experienced Research Coordinator for our client located in Seattle, WA.

This person will be responsible for handling logistics for research studies in Seattle - including recruiting, (re)scheduling, and rewarding participants, maintaining lab equipment, installing and preparing study devices and software (and resetting for each participant), annotating and recording participant sessions, editing videos, and assisting with data analysis and study summaries. They will assist the Senior User Researcher with the goal of allowing the team to conduct more effective research faster. More research increases our impact, enabling them to inform more product and design decisions with customer input and feedback.

Required Skills:

  • Previous work experience requiring high engagement with people

  • Qualitative user research experience including moderating studies, interviewing, and interacting with participants, ideally in-person and remote

  • Previous experience with participant data management is preferred

  • High attention to detail and ownership
