Responsibilities The responsibilities for the position include: Conducting job analyses Developing competency models Designing and conducting training courses or program evaluations Developing and validating assessments Planning and conducting quantitative analyses Organizing and documenting analytical results and research procedures (e.g., data collection, instrument preparation, and statistical analyses) Preparing technical reports Designing and conducting research projects for federal and private sponsors Contributing to competitive proposals Periodic travel may be required Qualifications Education, Knowledge, and Experience: Master's Degree in I/O Psychology Experience conducting job analysis/practice analysis/competency modeling, developing assessments, or conducing other studies and analysis related to human capital. Knowledge of advanced statistical methods, such as psychometrics and hierarchical linear modeling Experience conducting quality assurance checks on data and analysis output Skills: Strong writing skills, specifically in describing qualitative and quantitative analyses and/or complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences Proficiency in data management and analysis procedures. Proficient in data analysis programs, such as SPSS, Excel, MPlus, and various IRT programs Strong communication skills with the ability to work with individuals at all levels and from diverse backgrounds. Ability to collaborate efficiently in a virtual work environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team and balance multiple concurrent projects.
