Aerotek REMOTE Mechanical HVAC Designer in SEATTLE, Washington

Description:

This position will be working with a large architectural and engineering service firm. You will be responsible for the complete mechanical design packet for retail projects. You will take the initial intake of a prototype packets from owners and utilize Revit for the design of HVAC equipment. You will also work along drafting support and help with quality control for final review.

Top Skills Details:

  • 5 years of previous HVAC design experience building(retail preferred)

  • Primarily has used Revit(5 years experience)

  • Building packet design from start to finish

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5 years of design experience with building HVAC(retail preferred)

  • Primarily has used Revit(various years acceptable)

  • Producing red lines

Education: Open to hire candidates with BSME or AA degrees

Desired:

  • Retail construction projects(Costco, target, Walmart ext.)

  • MS Suite

  • MicroStation

  • Bluebeam

  • Coming from MEP consulting but will take mechanical contractor candidates

  • Ability to design a complete building packet for HVAC
