Seattle Children’s Hospital Rehabilitation Services, Infant Feeding Clinical Lead in Seattle, Washington

Responsibilities: We are seeking a feeding therapist to join our Infant Therapy team as a clinical lead. This position will provide evaluation and treatment of feeding skills for outpatient and/or inpatient infants 0-12 months of age with a variety of diagnoses. Therapists applying should have skills in pre-feeding activities, initiating and progressing bottle and breastfeeding, managing oral feeding programs in tube fed infants, transitioning from tube to oral feeding, and introduction of solids foods. Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists will be considered. Requirements: Required Education/Experience: - Bachelors Degree in Physical or Occupational Therapy or Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology - Minimum of 3 years current experience in clinical discipline (Physical, Occupational or Speech-Language Pathology) - Experience in a pediatric therapy setting - For Speech-Language Pathologists: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology Required Credentials: - Current WA State license to practice as an Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist - For Occupational or Physical Therapists: BLS for Health Care Providers - For Speech-Language Pathologists: Master's Degree and Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology Preferred: - Masters (if Occupational or Physical therapist) or Doctorate Degree in clinical discipline - Experience in hospital based or outpatient trans-disciplinary Rehab teams - Supervisory experience Min to Max Hourly Salary: $48.91 - $73.36 /hr Min to Max Annual Salary: $101,730.00 - $152,595.00 /yr Salary Information: This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
