$10,000.00 Recruitment Incentive for eligible positions and eligible new employees joining UW Medicine Harborview Medical Center -Emergency Department (ED) has an opportunity for experienced ED Registered Nurses.

RESPONSIBILITIES: include but not limited to

• Working in a fast-paced environment.

• Immediate triage.

• Assessments.

• Stabilize critical patients.

• Part of a collaborative bedside care with a large multidisciplinary team.

• Committed to taking care of diverse population with different degrees of conditions

• Developing critical care & critical thinking skills.

• Practicing to the top of your license and evidence-based practices. SCHEDULE: 90%-Nights shift REQUIREMENTS

• Have/obtain a Washington state Register Nurses license to practice or MSL.

• Two or more years’ experience as an ED nurse.

• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing.

• BLS.

• ACLS.
