SUMMARY: As a Regional Sales Manager at Cytek Bioscience Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and business development within your designated region. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage the regional sales team, working with them in the field, to develop and implement sales strategies, and achieve revenue targets. Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership and guidance to the regional sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture to achieve sales objectives. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans to expand market presence, increase customer base, and drive revenue growth. Territory Management: Define sales territories, allocate resources efficiently, and monitor performance to maximize sales potential. Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, key opinion leaders, and stakeholders to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions. Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market opportunities to capitalize on emerging business prospects. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Implement accurate sales forecasting and reporting mechanisms, providing regular updates to senior management on sales performance and market trends. Training and Development: Organize sales training programs to equip the team with product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry insights. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product management, and other departments to ensure effective alignment of strategies and achieve overall business objectives. Budget Management: Responsible for managing the regional sales budget effectively and optimizing resources for maximum impact. REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Bachelor's degree in a relevant life sciences or business-related field. A Master's degree is preferred. 5 years in a sales management role within the life sciences or biotechnology industry, with a successful history of achieving sales targets. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team towards exceptional performance. In-depth knowledge of the life sciences market, customer needs, and industry trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans effectively. Results-oriented and driven to exceed sales goals and objectives.
