Requirements A bachelor's or associate degree in business administration. 2+ years of sales experience working with energy service contractors. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Knowledge of green energy products/services. Willingness to travel as needed. Salary | $90,000 - $135,000 + a differential draw for year one + sales commission (2% of the revenue sale) Remote with 50% travel - preferred location Pacific Northwest but not required. Regional Sales Manager Responsibilities: Serve customers by selling products and meeting customer needs. Manage existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts through organized daily schedules. Tailor sales presentations based on sales outlet types and customer needs. Target sales efforts by analyzing dealer volume and potential. Submit orders referencing price lists and product literature. Keep management updated with activity reports, including daily calls, work plans, and territory analyses. Monitor competition, gather market information, and suggest improvements in products and policies.
