RealNetworks, Inc. Regional Director, SAFR Sales in Seattle, Washington

RealNetworks seeks a regional Sales Leader for SAFR Scan, the first Computer Vision Access Control Device built for broad market adoption. This Director, SAFR Sales, will be responsible for achieving profitable sales growth and closing opportunities in North America by leading security and surveillance leaders/decision to select SAFR. This is a role for a sales leader who can operationalize the way we sell groundbreaking technology and mobilize a channel to sell our industry leading facial recognition technology. Primary objectives for this Director include: *Leading the expansion of SAFR’s partnerships/customer base; *Meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets while participating in building and maintaining a highly motivated and results driven sales channel; *Participating in developing and carrying out a systematic and repeatable sales process while remaining flexible enough to revise as opportunities present themselves; and *Reporting progress against key sales metrics, forecast sales pipeline, and build a sustainable system of sales enablement. Candidates for the position must have: *10+ years in sales leadership role, ideally with Access Control products and systems, including both on-prem and Cloud-based Access technologies for the security industry; *Prior sole responsibility for at least $5M annual revenue from customers; *Previous experience in enterprise sales focused on growth-stage startup environments, B2B/B2B2C, SaaS preferred; *Experience running/participating in Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Business Reviews (QBRs), communicating regularly with senior executive/management team; *Demonstrated success in solution packaging, proposal design, and contract negotiations; *Demonstrated successful experience navigating enterprise-level contracts including security assessments and legal review; *Experience directly managing complex, enterprise customer sales cycles with implementation and change management requirements; *Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment; *Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business/Technology or related field; *Proficiency in CRM tools; and *Willingness to travel 50% + of the time or as needed to achieve sales objectives.
