A summary of our current businesses and locations can be found at amazon.com/stores.Our Recruiting System Team is looking for a Recruiting System Support Analyst for a third-party applicant tracking system. As a Support Analyst, you will own and execute support and training solutions for all internal users of the system. Building them to scale with efficiency, while consistently improving and innovating on behalf of internal users and the candidate experience. Types of projects include implementation, new feature launches, integrations, bug/fixes and enhancements. You will work with business owners, technology, recruiting, and HR partners at all levels to understand recruitment strategy, requirements and timelines. You will own the relationship with our business owners to ensure their processes are clearly captured, documented in order to create and maintain training documentation. The primary tasks include support for all internal users of the system, within and outside the Amazon Stores Recruiting team, analyzing problems using available data and information, proposing and documenting solutions, participating in User Acceptance Testing, and owning training content and delivery. You will contribute to all aspects of the software development lifecycle including design, development, documentation, testing and operations. This position requires that the Support Analyst also have strong functional knowledge and experience with the recruiting lifecycle.The successful candidate must be a self-starter, be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, own deliverables end-to-end, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic environment. They will be passionate about their work, self-motivated, detail oriented and have excellent problem solving abilities. This individual must also work well under pressure to meet ongoing and overlapping deadlines within short time constraints.Responsibilities* Troubleshoot and solve for user supported issues.* Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) - Assist in the creation of test plans, writing test scripts, and executing test cases to ensure the system configuration meets the business requirements.* Build trust through strong, long-term relationships with cross-functional business and technical teams.* Driving operational excellence - Drive recruiting process optimization and standardization while balancing the business need for flexibility and appropriate customization; build HR processes and tools that ensure a high quality employee experience as well as comply with policies and regulations* Subject matter expert - Develop deep knowledge of the ATS downstream/upstream systems utilized by Amazon, advise the business on best practices and requirements for optimizing the use of these systems.* Develop support model - Provide production support for business owned rules, processes, and maintain production support documentation, design business processes and associated support structures that align with technology solutions.* Bachelor's degree* 3+ years of HR/HR systems/experience* 3+ years relevant program/project management/business analyst experience* Working knowledge of HCM systems as a SME, Business Analyst or System Admin* Experience implementing and maintaining systems and processes in large-scale, complex environments* Working knowledge of gathering business requirements, and the UAT process.* Experience creating support and training material.Amazon is committed to a diverse and
