Job Description

We are seeking a Recruiter I responsible for all of America’s student recruiting, primarily within corporate recruiting. This role involves a blend of tech and non-tech recruiting efforts, supporting all lines of business. You will be responsible for student hiring, ranging from undergraduate to Ph.D. programs, including internships for students. A key project will be recruiting for the summer FY2025 season. As the company continues to grow, the need for interns and intern talent also grows, preparing for future interns and leaders.

Hard Skills

  • Familiarity with APS (applicant tracking system)

  • 3-4 years in recruiting

  • MS Office suite proficiency

Job Type

6-month contract

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Seattle, Washington and some days remote.

Work Environment

3 days onsite/2 WFH at Seattle Wainwright Building in SLU
