Robert Half is partnering with a highly well-known organization seeking a Records Clerk to join their team based in Seattle, Washington!

This position is 1-2 months, looking to start immediately.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain physical and digital files accurately and efficiently

• Review documents in detail to ensure accuracy and completeness

• Manage and maintain legal files in compliance with industry standards

• Conduct detailed reviews of department records to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

  Requirements

• 1+ YOE reviewing department records, including legal files and physical files.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing files.

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The salary range for this position is $21-24/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
