JOB SUMMARY
Adecco is seeking candidates for a short-term assignment as a Receptionist at one of our client’s facilities in Seattle, WA. Incumbents will be responsible for providing hospitality and reception services as outlined in service level agreements (SLA).
Primary Functions:
Greet and obtain visitors' names, check identification, ensure visitors sign the logbook, issue visiting badge, contact appropriate associate via phone or email that their visitor has arrived.
Answers multiple-line switchboard accurately directs calls to their destination. When necessary, makes future appointments and answers routine inquiries.
Issue building security badges to employees and/or guests according to set policy. Creates and provides photo badges for new employees.
Assigns and manages parking and bus passes to associates and staff.
Receives/signs for mail from USPS and contacts appropriate departments/individuals.
Assist with Event Planning and Set-up
Secondary Functions:
Event planning , coordination, and set-up
Secure travel arrangements for staff; flights, car rental, hotel
Source and arrange catering events.
Special projects as needed.

Service hospitality, reception, and/or other administrative requests as defined or directed in SLAs provided by the client.
Support miscellaneous requests and flex services with a "can do" mentality and philosophy–maintain a positive team-player attitude.
Accurately communicate with client staff and team members regarding commitments, deadlines, challenges, requests, etc.
Deliver on service commitments, completing all requests accurately, efficiently, and effectively.
Invest proper effort and QC approach to deliver highest quality work and service.
Comply with client standards of operations as set forth in the contract agreement, the site operations manual, and the employee handbook.
Expected to uphold the Standards of Service and best practices developed by the client.

Physical Requirements :
Lift or move 40 lbs. or greater.
Fine and/or gross motor skills, including the ability to grasp, lift and/or carry or otherwise move packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 100 lbs.
Walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for an extended period.
Manual dexterity required for operating office machinery (phone, copy machines, binding equipment, etc.)
Reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required visual acuity.

QUALIFICATIONS
College Degree Preferred
Minimum of 1-year professional level work experience
Previous experience in a client service-oriented field preferred
Willingness and ability to learn new skills.
Role Details:

Onsite/Remote : ONSITE [ 1201 2nd Ave, Seattle, WA 98101 ]
Schedule : Mon-Fri: 7:45/8:00am to 4:45/5:00pm
Training : On the job, same as regular schedule
Pay Rate : $ 24.00/HR
Expected Duration : 3-months
Interview : YES –(1) Video Call with Site Manager
Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
