Perkins Coie LLP Real Estate Transactional Attorney - Midlevel in Seattle, Washington

Job Description: Perkins Coie is seeking an attorney to join its Chambers-ranked Real Estate & Land Use practice group in the Seattle or Bellevue office. This is an opportunity to work closely with the Firm's Trust & Estate Planning practice handling all aspects of transactions involving the transfer and acquisition of real and personal property in connection with estate planning projects. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the acquisition and disposition of real property, reviewing real estate documents for risk analysis, drafting for tax-efficient structuring and tax implications, handling title and survey matters, and in preparing formation and authority documents for beneficiaries or acquiring parties. Experience handling real property held in trusts or other investment vehicles is a plus. It is anticipated that this attorney will also provide transactional support to other Real Estate and Land Use clients, especially in local counsel review and opinion work. Excellent academic credentials, strong references, and superb written and oral communication skills are required. Admission in Washington is also required.
