A mid-size law firm in Seattle is looking to add a Real Estate Litigation Attorney to their growing Commercial/Business department. Matters will include landlord tenant disputes, commercial litigation, and business & commercial law.

Responsibilities:

• Handle Real Estate or Business Litigation matters effectively and efficiently

• Provide legal advice on a broad range of real estate matters

• Represent clients in landlord tenant disputes and resolve issues

• Conduct research to support legal proceedings and to formulate a legal strategy

• Draft and solidify agreements, contracts, and other legal documents

• Engage in commercial litigation and manage business & commercial law matters

• Serve as a licensed attorney, ensuring compliance with all legal standards and regulations

• Collaborate with team members to develop effective strategies and build relationships with clients

• Manage all phases of the litigation process to achieve the best results for our clients

Active license in WA
