Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Lead - Tech Support to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in technical support with a strong background in Automation Swift IoT and Python. This hybrid role requires expertise in Fixed Assets Accounting and Finance & Accounting. Proficiency in English is a must. Responsibilities Lead the technical support team to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of automation processes to enhance efficiency. Provide expert support in Swift IoT to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems. Utilize Python programming skills to develop and maintain support tools and scripts. Ensure accurate and timely accounting and analysis of fixed assets. Collaborate with the finance team to support fixed assets accounting processes. Conduct regular reviews and audits of fixed assets to ensure compliance with company policies. Develop and deliver training programs for team members to enhance their technical skills. Monitor and report on team performance identifying areas for improvement. Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment to achieve common goals. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on technical support activities. Implement best practices in technical support to improve customer satisfaction. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions. Qualifications Possess a strong background in Automation Swift IoT and Python. Demonstrate expertise in Fixed Assets Accounting and Finance & Accounting. Have 2 to 3 years of experience in technical support roles. Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Show proficiency in English both written and spoken. Display strong leadership and team management abilities. Have a keen eye for detail and accuracy in accounting processes. Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Be committed to continuous learning and professional development. Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
