The Role Palantir Technologies is seeking a Quality Compliance Specialist to support our rapidly growing life sciences business. You will maintain day to day aspects of the quality management system (QMS), such as Document Management, Training, and Corrective and preventive action (CAPA). You will work closely with other functional departments within Palantir to enhance systems supporting electronic document management system (eDMS), learning management system (LMS) and CAPA. Our ideal candidate is excited about applying their knowledge in life sciences to the SaaS space. You enjoy hands on work, demonstrate a meticulous attention to detail, and enjoy solving hard problems. Core Responsibilities Act as a System Administrator that manages all aspects of this system including user access and periodic reviews for the Document Management System (DMS), the LMS, and CAPA. Perform document management activities in the electronic document management system for controlled documents throughout its lifecycle (e.g. SOPs, Policies, Work Instructions, Forms). Design and develop training programs and materials, including workshops, seminars, e-learning modules, and manuals, tailored to the needs of the organization and individual departments for the LMS. Oversee the CAPA process, including identification, documentation, evaluation, resolution, and closure of corrective and preventive actions. Utilize various analytical tools and methodologies such as 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams, and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) to conduct thorough investigations to identify the root causes of identified issues for the CAPA process. Help the organization with defining and collecting Compliance Metrics while continuously assessing and improving relevant processes and systems. What We Require You have at least 3+ years of relevant work experience. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related.
