Robert Half Property Administrator in Seattle, Washington

Description We are in search of a Property Administrator to join our team in Seattle, Washington. This role involves managing tenant relationships, handling administrative tasks, and assisting with financial operations in the property management industry. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and nurture detail oriented relationships with tenants by delivering exceptional customer service

• Prepare high-quality tenant memos and correspondences as directed

• Serve as a liaison between tenants and building engineers, security, housekeeping, and vendors

• Monitor tenant work orders and ensure timely completion

• Assist in coordinating tenant meetings, trainings, and events

• Provide direct administrative support to the team including checking and responding to emails and maintaining contact databases

• Assist with the processing of accounts payable, including coding invoices and tenant billing

• Support the management team with monthly financial reporting requirements

• Ensure accurate tenant contact information in various building systems

• Assist in planning an annual safety warden meeting and updating emergency procedures and documentation

• Handle ad hoc administrative requests as they arise

• Use accounting software systems and CRM to manage and process customer applications and maintain customer records

• Assist customers and resolve their inquiries efficiently and professionally. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Knowledge of CRM systems

• Familiarity with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and Kardin

• Understanding of Accounting Functions including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Ability to handle Billing Functions and Budget Processes

• Experience in drafting Memoranda and Meeting Minutes

• Competency in Administrative Office tasks

• Ability to Assist Customers effectively and professionally
