Our client, an American luxury department store, is looking for a candidate who possesses the below qualities for their Talent Mobility Role. If you meet the qualifications, please consider ing for this role.

• Organization and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and timely responses to stakeholders and partners

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and attention to details and accuracy of data even under pressure

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively answer and address internal and external customers and stakeholders inquiries

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Proficient capabilities in Microsoft Office Suite – withcapabilities in Excel

salary: $26.52 - $26.53 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Partner with our relocation vendor to initiate the relocation process for new hires/employees

• Maintain, track and provide periodic reports on all relocation initiations

• Partner with internal stakeholders and outside legal vendor to coordinate immigration-related needs

• Maintain and track relocation and immigration data

• Assist stakeholders and partners regarding understanding of relocation and immigration policies and procedures

• Capable of taking on additional tasks within our Talent Mobility and/or broader Talent Strategy & Operations spaces as needed
