We’re looking for a talented and collaborative Project Manager to join the anti-corruption team in Salesforce’s Office of Global Ethics & Integrity to help scale our global compliance programs and controls. If you have amazing project management, organizational and analytical skills, are effective at working cross-functionally with multiple teams including Sales, Operations, IT and groups within Legal, have a keen interest in anti-corruption, and love data, we want to hear from you!

You’ll be a key member of the Salesforce Legal team ensuring Salesforce conducts business with third parties in accordance with the highest legal and ethical standards. We’re looking for someone who is willing to take on new challenges and will identify opportunities for enhancement as we build out existing programs and related processes. In this role, you’ll be responsible for shaping policies and procedures to help us scale as Salesforce continues to grow.


  • Manage projects to further develop, enhance, and scale Salesforce’s anti-corruption compliance programs, producing high-quality deliverables efficiently

  • Gather requirements, establish project deliverables, monitor and review project progress, adjusting plans and schedules as needed; and identify and resolve issues to ensure project success

  • Learn and leverage different systems, data inputs and tools that could be used to create a more risk-based and streamlined approach to current anti-corruption processes

  • Assist with M&A integration work related to acquired company compliance programs

  • Perform anti-corruption due diligence on prospective third-party partners and make recommendations on the potential risks of engaging with third parties

  • Process, analyze, and remediate reports of adverse partner information

  • Identify, develop, and implement enhancements to existing policies and procedures, including due diligence processes, frameworks, and systems

  • Test and provide feedback on enhancements to current processes, frameworks and systems

  • Drive operational efficiency with a focus on scaling

  • Work cross-functionally and build relationships with various teams, including sales, alliances, business technology, and various operations teams

  • Assist management in identifying and mitigating compliance risks, enhancing and implementing compliance monitoring efforts and fostering a compliance culture

  • Develop and manage recurring and ad hoc reporting, metrics, and dashboards

  • Draw insights from data and present and communicate data, analyses, and findings visually, orally and in writing, with clarity and concision

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 3-5 years of experience in ethics and compliance, ideally with experience handling third party anti-corruption and partner due diligence inquiries

  • Familiarity with the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, UK Bribery Act and other anti-corruption laws and regulations

  • Superior organization and project management skills

  • Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities with a high degree of attention to detail

  • Demonstrated success independently managing workload, priorities, and deadlines with limited oversight and in a fast-paced work environment

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Skill at initiating, implementing, and scaling process improvements

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams

  • Experience working with and leveraging Salesforce, Tableau, and Slack products

  • Proficiency in Google suite

  • Experience working with a geographically dispersed team
