The Project Manager, assigned to one of Pinkerton's largest global clients, will be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of projects as well as critical initiatives that support a globally diverse and entrepreneurial-focused organization. This role ensures that expected outcomes are achieved through on-going stakeholder communications and on-time, scope, and quality execution throughout each project life cycle. Essential Functions:

  1. Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  2. Manage the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of assigned projects.,
  3. Lead meaningful critical initiatives as well as more operational projects.
  4. Apply project management skills, leadership, and subject matter expertise to ensure the on-scope, on-time, and on-quality execution and launch of projects.
  5. Coordinate and motivate the necessary resources to deliver projects within time and budget constraints.
  6. Drive proactive opportunity and risk management and escalate critical issues to key stakeholders.
  7. Coordinate and facilitate project meetings including project kick-offs, weekly status meetings, risk assessments, and additional meetings or workshops, as required.
  8. Ensure timely and accurate entry and maintenance of project data.
  9. Maintain regular communication within the PMO and across the organization.
  10. Drive data-driven decisions and solutions.
  11. All other duties, as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in project management, business, marketing, or communications with at least three years of direct project management or experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.   • PMP certification, preferred.
  • Strong understanding PMBOK, Agile, Prince2, and Scrum project management methodologies.

Salary & Benefits Information: Rate of pay: $90000 / year.
