Please include a project list, including your specificresponsibilities, with your application.Position Description:Leads, directs, and coordinates the overallmanagement of mass timber projects.Reports to: Sr. Project Manager, Project Executive, DeputyOperations Manager or Operations ManagerEssential Duties & Responsibilities*:Have strong written, oral, andvisual communication skills to advance key project issues with clients,consultants, jurisdictional authorities, builders, suppliers, and others.Apply skills at collaboratingacross diverse teams of experts to achieve a single goal.Understand the key componentsof the mass timber product, along with the preconstruction elements, andhow they apply to various building classifications.Understand the deliverystrategies affiliated with mass timber, including issues related to cost,schedule, site logistics, and working with construction and installationpartners, and able to build processes and documents to support thesedelivery strategiesUnderstand and administerTurner's contract and subcontract agreements. Foster and enhance owner,architect, subcontractor, and vendor relations.Interact and maintain close contact with thesubcontractor market to monitor subcontractor workloads and watch trendsand market conditions.Foster and enhance subcontractor relationships.Have working knowledge of earlyproject assessment tools - in collaboration with other team members.Have experience working with aCM and mass timber project installation partners to define roles andresponsibilities in project delivery.Understand the manufacturingprocess of the mass timber workings, to help identify the key interactionsbetween manufacturing and delivery as part of the project managementprocess.Understand the building designprocess and field review. Knowledgeable of the various assemblies thatinteract with mass timber installation.Establish, update, andcommunicate Master Project Schedule and manage its implementation. Maywork with preconstruction team in development of project.Have experience organizingprocesses and managing teams of professionals across the life cycle of aproject - from concept to construction, working through all the stagesalong the way.Manage the qualityassurance/quality control program. Provide leadership in risk evaluation,contract negotiations, fee and pricing decisions.Ensure strict adherence toethics and compliance requirements throughout the business unit.Manage and oversee fieldoperation and engineering processes
