Job Title Project Manager, Edit Solutions, Home and Travel Job Description I. Job Summary | Major goals and objectives. As a Project Manager on the Edit Solutions team, you will facilitate the execution of sold editorial sponsorships in collaboration with Dotdash Meredith's premier editorial brands, such as Travel + Leisure, Real Simple, The Spruce, MyDomaine, Food & Wine, and Allrecipes. You'll work closely with the editorial teams of these brands across site, social and video, and provide them a single point of contact between sellers, marketers and clients. This position reports directly to the Director of Edit Solutions for the Home and Travel verticals, with the opportunity to work across all Lifestyle brands in the Dotdash Meredith portfolio. II. Essential Job Functions Weight % Accountabilities, Actions and Expected Measurable Results 70 Assess contractual obligations and translate them to launch deliverables. Coordinate across multiple internal teams (Editorial, Video, Social, Account Strategy and Sales) to ensure flawless execution of sold editorial sponsorships. Develop and maintain detailed project plans for all assigned campaigns, spanning new content creation, client integrations, social media, program promotional plans and more. Identify and develop solutions for process gaps and inefficiencies. 30 Maintain a working knowledge of digital ad solutions and applicable organizational standards. Lead cross-team production status meetings. 100% III. Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements | All must be met to be considered. Education: BA/BS degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field or combined relevant experience. Experience: 3-4 years experience in a client services, account management, digital media planning or project coordinator role. Experience developing and managing production timelines to facilitate work across multiple teams. Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Experience in use of collaboration software, such as Airtable; preferred but not required. High attention to detail with consistent follow-through. Be able to think strategically and act tactically. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance.
