SUMMARY
The Data Center Windows Team is primarily responsible for delivering and maintaining the Windows Server infrastructure and Active Directory environment that supports Expeditors’ business excellence. The Project Manager is responsible for executing many unique projects within a technical team. They are required to keep multiple projects moving, meet all requirements, stay within scope, and keep stakeholders informed on progress. This person is a motivated problem solver, who thrives in a team environment, and can pivot accordingly once an issue arises. They are organized and able to successfully coach their team to provide results within a specified time frame.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide motivational leadership. Inspires and coaches team to achieve goals and work within the SAFe framework.
Organize and plan work. Set up and lead team meetings that move projects forward. Keep note of all results and action items to hold teammates accountable.
Communicate effectively. Be the liaison between the Product Owner and the technical team, while keeping everyone on track.
Manage ambiguity. Be able to shift gears comfortably and help team members do the same. Be able to act without view of the whole picture.
Apply analytical thinking. Be able to reduce a complex problem and break it down into actionable steps. Identify areas for process improvement.
This position is on-site and will reside in the greater Seattle, WA. area at one of the following locations depending on availability. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate. Relocation assistance is not offered for this position.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Working knowledge with Agile and SAFe principles and practices.
Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Recognize and mitigate risks.
Promote cooperation and guidance to help the team operate at a peak velocity.
Proven interpersonal skills with a wide spectrum of people.
Experience in a servant leadership position.
Agile risk management.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of IT technologies preferred.

Expected base salary: $80,000 to $125,000 a year
