Creative Circle, LLC Project Manager - 30129 in Seattle, Washington

Our art studio client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their team for a freelance project, estimated at 40 hours/week for 2+ months. This role is hybrid in Seattle (requires some onsite meetings and visits to client spaces, with most of the work remote). Our client creates custom art and installations for notable brands, generally in corporate environments (lobbies, offices, etc.), and is looking for someone who can lead projects from start-to-finish. This will include but not limited to: - On site management and project management of installation of art, receiving and coordinating deliveries, health & safety aspects, wayfinding, lighting coordination, etc, - Managing and directing suppliers and contractors on site - Negotiating with stakeholders to ensure expectations are met The ideal candidate will have: - 5+ years of relevant experience - Project management experience for architecture and/or interiors - Experience working with and managing vendor operations (including negotiations) - Ability to work onsite, as needed in Seattle #LI-HG1 Creative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
