Project Engineer: This is where you come in.

We’re looking for Project Engineers who will work effectively on a team of office and field employees to help get a big job done, whether that’s flexing your creative muscles to figure out how to renovate an existing system or help an entire brand-new building come together. Our Controls department works closely with the engineering team to make buildings work better and smarter. The Project Engineer role reports to one of our Senior Project Managers and works on a collaborative team working on various projects and initiatives to support our growing business. This highly visible role interacts with all levels and functions within the organization.

Top 3 things to deliver in the first year to be a hero:

  • Increase your skills by studying HVAC and plumbing systems and learning as much as you can from the very talented people around you!

  • Assist in preparing subcontracts, purchase orders, correspondence field questions, and job write-ups, to learn more about how a building comes together.

  • Schedule and track job progress, including delivery of equipment and materials.

Your Background: What kind of person will thrive in this role?

You should have…

  • A track record of delivering excellent, detailed work (in school, extracurriculars, or work)

  • An interest and aptitude in mechanical systems

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or related field or related previous experience (Still in school? Let’s talk about internships!!)

Compensation: $62,000-$85,000 per year
