PROJECT COORDINATORLocation: Seattle, WAReports to: Operations Team LeadWhat this job involvesWe are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Brokerage team and provide high level support, often handling a large amount of details relating tocomplex realestate transactions, to leasing brokers. You will help manage deal transactions, customize marketing materials, client interaction, new business activities, light financial management, and general support. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented environment partnering with brokers, research, marketing, finance and coordinators to help in the overall success of the office. We promote an organizational culture of trust and teamwork, build an inclusive work environment that embraces diversity, and elevate our people to achieve business growth.Key responsibilitiesCoordinate, create and edit presentations,pitches, and client deliverables for prospect/client meetings with PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign and Microsoft SoftwarePrepare documents including Request for Proposals, Letters of Intent, customer and prospect correspondence,leasing statusreports, account invoices, etc. with direction from brokers and/or knowledge of company policies, procedures, and best practicesGatherresearch information and createmarket surveysand tour books by addingbuilding information, maps and picturesandCoStar dataManage all listings on brokerage listing services including CoStarSupport the market team in the preparation of flyers, brochures and email distributionsProactively provide marketing materials and client outreach for business development and prospectingOrganize and participate in periodic client meetings and/or callsAssist and participatein planningas needed for industry functions or client eventsUpdate and maintain company Contact Relationship Management database to track prospects, clients and deal informationProcess deal file paperwork, gather and label required documents, obtain necessary approvalsManage, update and post transactions to financial software system,DealioUpdate and maintain broker professional profiles and other team marketing related material as neededProvide interface for brokers on IT issues, including computer needs, email, calendar maintenance, voicemail, phone, and other related technology and equipmentProvide brokerage calendar management, email management, and file storage for organization and processingParticipate in regularcoordinatorand business unit meetingsPerform general duties such as printing, binding, scheduling meetings, greeting clients, conference room set up,office maintenance,making travel arrangementsand front desk coverage as neededto further support and leverage the sales processDuties assigned as the business needs requireExperience and qualifications2-4years relevant experiencesupporting multiple people, preferably in the commercial real estate industry or other professional services organizationBachelor's Degree preferred, but not requiredHigh level of proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook requiredKnowledge of Adobe Software such as InDesign and Photoshop a huge plusProactive approach to workloadWork enthusiastically in a team atmosphere, promoting collaboration and idea sharing verbally and through actionStrong organizational, interpersonal and communication skillsStrong ability to multi-task with multiple projects and deadlines in a "high-volume" fast paced environmentStrong proofreading and editing abilitiesAbility to manage time well and be self-motivated, without direct supervisionStrong client service orientation; proactive working styleand friendly, helpful attitudeCommitment to high professional ethical standardsJLL Is an E
