Seattle Children's Hospital Project Coordinator II -SCM in Seattle, Washington
Responsible for managing and/or coordinating work efforts of numerous projects within Supply Chain Management. Exercises judgment to reflect executive’s style and company policy, mission and values. Responsibilities include the organization, prioritization and coordination of a high volume of work including highly confidential information. Functions as a general project assistant, assisting the Directors and SCM leadership teams by overseeing/tracking project plans and milestones, resource utilization and timelines, and effectively communicating areas of variance or opportunity to leadership.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two (2) years experience in coordinating workflow, methods and procedures reliant on project management techniques and applications
Demonstrated experience in drafting, editing and creating written communications and/or reports
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Health Care Management, Business Management, or related field
Five (5) years increasingly responsible experience coordinating work flow, data and information tracking, project management, and working with executive staff
