We work together towards addressing structural barriers in the workforce across race, class, and gender. We provide rigorous research and evaluation, and results-driven technical assistance and training throughout the United States at all levels of the system. The Project Assistant will work on a national, high stakes testing project, the Medical College Admission Test (MCAT), helping to ensure the timeliness, accuracy and quality of the delivery of test items and other project deliverables. Responsibilities The responsibilities for the position include: Perform quality control reviews of project-related materials to improve consistency/correctness of information, data, conformity to grammatical principles and style guidelines, and logic/consistency/readability of language. Maintain and develop standard processes and procedures for effective project support services and implement and utilize planning, scheduling, and tracking tools and systems. Assist leadership team with activities related to staffing and communication. Formulate standard administrative documents; prepare routine correspondence, and draft custom correspondence. Provide project coordination for projects with multiple timelines, budgets, and program inputs. Plan and manage own work time to ensure that assignments are completed in an efficient and effective manner and that work is timely, of high quality, and accurate.
