Actalent Project Architect in Seattle, Washington

Job Title: Project ArchitectJob Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Architect to support our retail team. Under the general supervision of a senior project manager, you will provide support in design development, construction documents, and construction administration. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture and a minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial interior architecture, specifically retail projects. You must be proficient in Revit and have recent, consistent experience using the software. Extensive experience in exterior detailing, Core & Shell/Building envelope design, and prototypical rollout projects is required.

Hard Skills

  • Degree in Architecture

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in an architecture firm in the US

  • Revit proficiency

  • Experience in retail project management

  • Prototypical rollout experience

  • Exterior detailing expertise

  • Core & Shell/Building envelope design

  • Ground up project experience

  • Experience in retail, storefront systems, exterior details, tenant improvement, and vendor coordination

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully remote position.

Work Environment

Fully remote work environment. Studios are open for those who prefer to work hybrid/in person. Typical work day is M-F 8-5, but highly flexible with work times.
