Job Description Ryan Companies is looking for an organized, innovative, collaborative and forward-thinking Project Architect to join our team! Candidates with approximately 4-6 years of experience are most likely to be successful, however those with unique career experience or display clear potential for the role will be considered. Ryan Companies uses a unique integrated delivery process that involves architecture, engineering, construction, development, real estate management and capital markets. Ryan's integrated process requires an individual to be able to work in a proactive and positive manner in tandem with local teams and cross regionally within a national design practice. Some things you can expect to do: Work in tandem with Client, Project Architect, Design Project Manager, Designers, Development, Construction and Consultants to develop documentation for coordination and construction Participate and can lead design meetings, consultant meetings and project team meetings. Independently solve problems and applies basic principles of design. Provide guidance on unusual or complex technical issues. Research and lead code reviews and regulatory approval process. Create complete and thorough set of design documents to meet project goals, milestones and schedule. Manage and coordinate Ryan's QA/QC process and project specifications. Clearly communicate deviations in project scope. Perform tasks with a high level of collaboration and set an example for others to follow. Contribute to Ryan culture through participation in office activities, initiatives and learning programs. Direct and mentor Designer and intern level staff. To be successful in this role, you must have a Professional Architecture degree; Bachelor or Master of Architecture. You must be a licensed Architect with relevant work experience and a strong knowledge of Revit, building codes, documentation and constructability. Sanitary design & refrigeration design experience is required. You will really stand out if you: Have experience working in Bluebeam. Are LEED AP Certified and/or WELL AP Certified. Eligibility Please note that the compensation information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to California, Colorado and/or Washington pay transparency laws for positions located in these states. The range may vary above and below the stated amounts based on a variety of factors including experience, education, and other job-related reasons.
