  • PRIMARILY HYBRID – DAYS - ON SITE AT MULTIPLE SITES AS BUSINESS NEEDS REQUIRE POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

  • Potential for Skills and Career growth DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION UW Medical Centers Oncology is a shared service for UW Medical Centers Montlake, Northwest and Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain portfolio of projects for the integrated cancer program

  • Initiate and plan projects using standard tools and processes including Project Charter, Project Plan, Timeline, Risk/Issues Log and Status Reports

  • Prepare reports on progress to date in alignment with Joint Cancer Program governance meeting cadence and as needed for ad hoc reporting

  • Management of moderately complex projects

  • Schedule and facilitate preparation meetings with operational stakeholders to align on talking points (e.g., successes, barriers, action plans) and speaking roles

  • Prepare, maintain, and update Oncology Service Line Teams site including managing access for other stakeholders

  • Schedule and lead project workgroup meetings as needed to track deliverables and ensure project success REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field

  • Two to three years of experience as an executive assistant or program management or project management in an academic or research setting

  • Proficiency in MS Suite – Excel, PowerPoint, Word
