Oracle’s Customer Engagement and Insights team plays a critical role in engaging customers with OCI product management engineers and leadership, and informs our product roadmap and strategy through customer insights. Our team leads multiple customer facing programs to help customers adopt and productively use OCI to solve their business problems, and serves as customer advocates to ensure our customers’ experiences, challenges, and voices are at the forefront of OCI’s future vision.
Who are we looking for?
OCI Product Management is looking for a leader to help inform business and strategic direction through customer insights. Success in the role requires a passion for advocating on behalf of customers and finding innovative ways to consistently and efficiently deliver executive level information. In this role, you will lead the charge to delight our customers and internal stakeholders, and align workflows and deliverables that make it easy for OCI leadership to make customer-centric roadmap and strategy decisions.
Roles and Responsibilities
Be an advocate for new and existing OCI customers.
Lead a team of Technical Program Managers to develop programs to effectively capture the voice of the customer.
Look for ways to continuously improve workflows and deliverables to provide insights through customer feedback and data.
Crisply and effectively share customer insights with OCI executive leadership.
Be responsible for the predictability and consistency of all customer insight programs.
Define and articulate processes, policies, and commitments that drive customer insights.
Deeply engage and collaborate regularly with customer facing teams.
Define cadence and accountabilities for data capture from customer facing teams.
Understand and articulate the details of key operational processes to internal stakeholders.
Support the tracking, measurement, and reporting of program impact across all Customer Engagement and Insights programs.
Proven ability to provide business insight from multiple data sources.
5 years people leadership experience.
5 years of experience in a customer advocacy role with a solid understanding of cloud operational processes.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Strong technical and business acumen.
Passion for continuous process improvement.
Solid track record of successful, results-driven program management.
Outcome-based approach to develop programs and deliverables to meet business and customer objectives.
Ability to drive and evangelize cross-team process improvements in a fast paced, agile environment
Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to craft personal, succinct, professional communications to business executives.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Manage people for product development programs or projects focused on the delivery of a product through the design process, and into a finished state for external customers.
Manage people for product development programs or projects involving department or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of a product or computer-based system through the design process, and into a finished state for external customers. Plan and direct resource schedules as well as project budgets. Monitor the product/program/project from initiation through delivery, interfacing with customer on technical matters. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the product/program/project on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction. Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas of sections. Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet Corporate specifications. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills. Strong communication skills, analytical skills, thorough understanding of product development and product management. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Typically four years of project management, product design or related experience needed.
