We are looking for a customer-facing Program Manager to join our core development team. This role involves testing, validating, and launching new technology at customer locations. The ideal candidate will excel in a dynamic business environment, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and share our passion for delivering a world-class shopping experience. Key Qualifications: - Experience in customer-facing program management and process development. - Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. - Willingness to travel domestically approximately 50% of the time. Core Job Tasks Include: - Evaluating the functionality and customer experience (CX) of new technology. - Providing technical and CX feedback to development teams. - Visiting customer sites to deploy new technology. - Collecting customer feedback and quantifying the impacts of new technology. - Summarizing results in writing for presentation to development team leadership.

Business Group: Just Walk Out - Cashier-Free Technology. We are developing technology for this team to enhance back-of-house operations and support customer-facing needs. We are looking for a tech-savvy individual, though a scientist-level expertise is not required.
