  • Identify and mitigate risks proactively

  • Ensure project priorities align with strategies and objectives

  • Assign the right people with the right skills at the right time

  • Develop complex project plans with key milestones, and execute on those plans

  • Own cross functional projects across multiple systems or functions

  • Comprehend and manage project interdependencies Requirements - If you are familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies, you can succeed in this position

  • Minimum of 7+ years of relevant Project Management experience

  • Prior success in project management, supervisory leadership, and operational management

    • A Project Management (PMP) certification is required for success at this position.

    • It is preferred for applicants to have experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs

  • Proven flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments

  • Can work independently with minimal supervision

    • We need the person we full-time to be flexible and focused
  • Scrum experience highly desired

  • SDLC Methodology experience

  • JIRA experience

  • Software development life cycles experience

  • Program Management experience required

  • Proven knowledge of Kanban

    • You might be a good fit for this position if you have proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company

    • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues
  • Commitment and abilities to meet critical business deadlines

  • Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively
