Job summaryAmazon operates a world-class network of large, technologically advanced fulfillment centers. The Worldwide Real Estate (WWRE) Team is responsible for acquisition and management of all facilities in the Amazon Fulfillment Network.Worldwide Real Estate (WWRE) seeks a Program Manager to provide leadership, coordination and management of WWRE's content, which is managed in a cloud service. This role will support the growth of WWRE by automating and standardizing tools and processes that lead to a secured self-service data exchange between thousands of individuals.Key job responsibilities* Administer an internal Cloud Content Management (CCM) instance supporting data exchange between thousands of internal and external customers* Create Self-Service experiences to reduce Cloud Content Instance (CCI) customer service time and manual work involved* Collect Customer Stories to influence the design of CCI 2.0 and support ongoing User Acceptance Testing* Work with and influence technical and non-technical cross functional and globally diverse teams* Direct the data migration from CCI 1.0 (40+TB) to CCI 2.0* Engage with Third Party and Internal Data Security teams to comply with all regulations* Communicate projects' roadmaps and sprint plans to customers* Simultaneously manage multiple and competing priorities* Bachelor's degree from an accredited university* 3+ years of experience using PMI methodology (or similar) to develop scope documents, project management plans, communication plans, project schedules, change management and risk and issue logs* Analytical and quantitative skills to convert data into metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases* 1+ year experience working and/or managing a large-scale instance of Amazon WorkDocs/ Google Drive/ Dropbox/ Box or similar Cloud Content Management services* PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or similar* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or more advanced data analytics toolsPursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.Pursuant to the Los Angeles Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.The pay range for this position in Colorado is $74,200-$129,800/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. This information is provided per the Colorado Equal Pay Act. Base pay information is based on market location.
