The Program Manager in the Institutional Research Group at PitchBook plays a pivotal role in driving cross-functional projects that support strategic initiatives and improve internal operations. This role requires a dynamic individual with exceptional program/project management skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to navigate complex technical projects. The Program Manager will act as a bridge between departments, ensuring seamless communication, timely delivery, and alignment with organizational goals. Primary Job Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and oversee projects/programs that align with strategic goals, establishing clear goals and ensuring milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget Partner with teams across departments to plan, scope, and coordinate resources, timelines, and deliverables Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and dependencies Identify and implement improvements to internal workflows and processes to increase efficiency and scalability Address challenges proactively, leveraging strong analytical and decision-making skills to identify solutions Identify and resolve risks, issues, and conflicts affecting goal achievement, escalating as needed for resolution Implement structure, order, and clarity to ambiguous problems with little direction or oversight Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, budgets, risks, and lessons learned, to ensure transparency and accountability Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, project management preferred 5+ years of program/project management experience, preferably in financial services, research,
