We drive our client groups and partners to make data informed and smarter decisions, faster. We build a decision support system to grow and scale our business.In this role, you will be responsible for consulting with Senior ES (Employee Success, or HR at Salesforce) and business leaders to transform raw people data into meaningful and practical business insights by using a data driven approach and the application of strategic analytic skills. The key focal points for this role will be providing strategic partnership and analytics solution delivery for Salesforce's Chief People Officer and other executive leaders in partnership with the broader People Analytics team. The candidate must have extensive experience with using Tableau and, ideally, has prior experience working with all areas of people analytics data, such as Diversity & Inclusion, Talent, Compensation, and Recruiting. Primary Responsibilities (Essential Functions): Partner with Senior ES and business leaders to identify key people metrics that align with business strategies and help to drive decisionsArchitect effective, scalable, and easy to understand dashboards and reporting solutions based on statistical analyses to identify useful and practical insights for the ES team and business leadersProduce concise, story-driven presentations to communicate analytic insightsUse Tableau to build, maintain, and update interactive data dashboards and visualizationsProvide training and enablement to ES and business partners on the use of analytics and basic statistical measurementsUse mathematical concepts, statistical analysis, experience, and industry knowledge to resolve complex issues in creative and effective waysDesign and implement data models using statistical principles (e.g., regression, correlation, etc.)Prepare and audit people related data, checking and ensuing accuracy, to be used in analyses and statistical modelingHandle special projects as assigned in a broad range of People Analytics subject areasAssist in the creation of communication materials and presentations to support analysis, implementation of programs, or for process updatesKnowledge and Skills Requirements:Expertise in using Tableau to present insights through visual analysisOutstanding data analysis and quantitative skills, including attention to detail and ability to manage various data points to achieve a common goal (people knowledge, internal data, external tools)Advanced ability to advise partners and translate business problems into research to inform decisionsDemonstrated ability to effectively communicate analytics insights to non-technical audiences, including senior executive leadershipAdvanced ability to investigate, analyze and solve sophisticated problems/issuesDemonstrated track record for planning, completing and auditing work; able to see and apply results strategically and systematically breaking down problems or processes into their parts and developing several alternative solutionsAbility to partner, influence, and work effectively with all levels of an organizationMust be able to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information, issues and eventsDemonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently and as a member of a teamPossess strong planning, execution, and multitasking skills and a demonstrated ability to prioritize accordingly.
