The future starts here.OverviewImplement and manage a Membership Program within Individual Annual Giving for Seattle Children's Foundation. Provide program oversight and support for Children's Circle of Care (CCC), Research Champions (RC) and NextGEN projects, in addition to new Annual Giving Membership programs as needed. Oversee program goals, a multi-year operating and communications plan and KPIs to track progress which align with both industry benchmarks and institutional priorities. Manage the program's budget. Adhere to current state and federal laws and Seattle Children's policies for protecting donor and patient privacy. Be the liaison to peer institutions across North America who are working with similar membership programs.RequirementsRequired Education/Experience:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience- Three to five (3 - 5) years experience in relationship building, fundraising, marketing, or communications, including project and event management, public speaking, database and volunteer management- Familiarity with relational databases (Raiser's Edge, Salesforce, etc.) and their functionality related to activity reporting.- Highly organized with the ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.- Familiarity with fundraising best practices, organization and management.- Proficient in MS Office, MS Outlook, and Smartsheet.Required Credentials: N/APreferred:- Experience managing multi-faceted fundraising projects with complex timelines.- Preferential consideration w
