Program Manager III - Research and Strategy (Temporary, until end of June 2025)

[POSITION PURPOSE:]{.underline}

This position leads research and analysis to advance program development and sustainability of the Link to Care WA program, which supports digital navigation and inclusion activities to advance health care access. This role leads development of projects, organizes delegation, and executes workplans across a range of internal and external stakeholders. The Program Manager III - Research and Strategy position provides leadership to the internal project team and engagement externally sharing analysis for strategic communications and collaboration.

[PRINCIPAL DUTIES:]{.underline}

Lead and coordinate the development of research and strategy for the Digital Navigation and Inclusion areas of the Link to Care WA program. Collaborate with the Director of Integrated Programs and Systems Improvement to ensure strategic alignment and guide the execution of workplans.

Lead and oversee complex research and analysis projects and deliverables to support sustainability and strategy development. Conduct reviews and synthesize data from other programs and approaches to benchmark and develop program processes, identify trend and recommends improvements in training, strategies, data and metrics.

Organize and delegate responsibilities, including providing effective collaboration and facilitation across project team to ensure development of evaluation and data collection.

Lead organization and ensure execution of key deliverables to synthesize digital navigation research and evaluation, including internal and external reports, proposals, briefing documents, and presentations.

Lead and advance strategic opportunities to support Link to Care WA program development and sustainability, working across team and organizationally; including providing support for strategic committees.

Lead and represent CHNW as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and lead stakeholder engagement in external systems and strategy forums.

Organize and execute research to determine return on investment analysis for identified programs areas, including outreach and promotion of the Link to Care WA hotline, partnerships, and utilization.

Lead continuous evaluation of program activities, implementing process improvements and driving initiatives that enhance program impact and efficiency. Ensure effective monitoring mechanisms are in place to track progress toward program goals.
