Position: Program Manager II (multiple positions available)

Location: Seattle, WA

Multiple Positions Available:

1. Develop curriculum using multiple synchronous and asynchronous training modalities, including instructor-led, micro-learning, blended learning, and virtual training materials.
2. Analyze, design and develop creative, learner-centered, performance-based training materials for learning programs to support global AWS Customer Service teams.
3. Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of new learning models, instructional design, and eLearning content.
4. Lead learning needs analysis and learning strategy development activities and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and build high quality training programs and certifications to improve individual and organizational performance through learning.
5. Define training strategy, lead end-to-end program management including logistics, communication, analytics, and reporting.
6. Collaborate effectively with AWS Site Training Program Managers at each of the global sites to coordinate sessions and maintain the highest quality delivery and execution of the program.
7. Foster strong relationships with AWS service teams, building bridges that enable improvement and long-term customer impact.

The pay range for this position in Seattle, WA is $_ - _(yr); however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
