This position works extensively on strategic implementation of program administration and initiatives with social media, program content creation, program data analytics, program operations, and faculty virtual classroom support. The position works with the Hybrid Staff to create and implement all program level content for accuracy and accessibility. This position manages the programs social media communications to attract qualified prospective students and retain current student and alumni engagement. In addition, this position assists in day-to-day operations of the program. In working with faculty, this position trains and manages part-time workers to support Foster Live classrooms as well as analyzing all instructional and program data analytics to assist in data-driven decision making. This position will report to the Director of Hybrid Program.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Social Media and Program Content Creation 30%
• Regularly monitor competitors and investigate potential recruiting and marketing opportunities that would benefit the program. Assist in decisions for improvements and provide expert advice about best practices. o Overall, responsible for all program content creation and management. • Develop, design and launch program communications to prospective students via blogs, social media, emails, to enhance program awareness and drive attendance to admissions events and application completion. • Develop a relationship with the alumni and alumni board. • Maintain an alumni contact database that is shared with Career Management and Foster Alumni Relations. • Maintain current content for the Hybrid MBA Foster Alumni Network website. • Maintain current content in cohort program information courses. o Collaborate with staff to create the two-year schedule and student photo array. o Create yearly program and admissions slide decks and make sure they meet accessibility standards. • Promote student and alumni job changes on social channels. o Monitor Hybrid MBA website for outdated information and make updates when needed. • Revise and create admissions and program content as necessary ensuring accessibility standards and accuracy. • Uphold accessibility standards for all program level content. o Coordinate content for canvas announcements, teams, Slack, and any other student communication tools.
Data Analytics 30%
• Gather, calculate, analyze and report all program data analytics for all ranking surveys. • Calculate trend analysis for course and faculty evaluations. • Track, analyze and promote alumni and current student job and salary change data. • Track all Foster Live virtual classroom student participation/engagement. • Ensure all data meets the MBACSEA standards for recording and reporting. • Assist in reporting data findings to external entities such as US News and Poets & Quants.
Program Operations 30%
• Assist in logistics, planning and execution for the quarterly immersions including socials, dinners, and networking events. • Assist in logistics, planning and execution of graduation and capstone. • Assist in admissions application review, interviews, decisions, and onboarding process. • Assist in posting tuition and fees to student accounts. • Coordinate with Career Management team as needed. • Engage with and help to assist newly admitted and current students. • Engage and develop relationships with Student Council and Alumni Board. • Manage and track swag inventory.
Faculty Support 10%
• Train and schedule part time employees to assist faculty and TAs in virtual classes and review sessions. • Track student engagement in virtual Foster live/Review session classes. • Create and share zoom links and instructions for faculty and TAs for their virtual classes. • Update course evaluation information, links and deadlines • Engage and develop relationships with Student Council and Alumni Board. • Manage and track swag inventory. • Other duties as assigned
Lead Responsibilities: • Program content creation, data analytics, and program operations
Supervisory Responsibilities: • Supervises Student workers
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's Degree in related field. • Two years of experience working in an academic environment with direct experience in social media and content creation.
Equivalent education/experience will substitute for all minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license/certification/registration. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• Demonstrated interactions with various stakeholders including applicants, prospective students, current students, alumni and cross-departmental personnel. • Demonstrated experience with collecting, analyzing and reporting data for decision-making. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage competing priorities. • Must have extensive experience using Office software including Excel, Outlook, Teams and Access. • Must have experience with zoom
