We have just launched our initial product and service offering and are excited to continue inventing on behalf of our customers.As the Engagement and Core Experiences Program Lead, you will play a key role in both inventing and validating the CX for new Halo features, as well as leading cross-program participant engagement initiatives. New feature work includes coordinating inputs and priorities across multiple stakeholder teams, designing studies to solicit customer feedback, and analyzing results/feedback, ultimately culminating in full launch readiness. Engagement work will focus on optimizing the participant experience from recruiting to program offboarding, as well as owning engagement data presentation and insights. You should have experience working in a product development environment, a love for digging into data to pull out key trends (using SQL and dashboards), strong organizational skills, and excellent customer-facing communication skills.Halo is an early stage initiative with a fast paced, highly collaborative start-up like environment inside Amazon. This position demands the ability to prioritize, multitask, and remain flexible in the face of ambiguity. The ideal candidate has experience in program/project management, customer insights generation, dashboard tools/analytics, and will be excited to influence a new customer experience. You will need to have great people skills, be able to organize inputs from multiple cross-functional stakeholder teams, be able to bring structure and automation to diverse sets of data, and be willing and able to 'roll your sleeves up' and get the job done.* Bachelor's degree or higher.* 2-5 years of relevant work experience in program, project, or product management.* Intermediate SQL (be able to efficiently extract data from multi-source datasets)* Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)* Ability to display quantitative data in a simple, intuitive format and to present findings in a clear and concise mannerAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
