Our team is responsible for supporting the rapidly growing Startup business, from Sales Leaders to Business Development Professionals to Solutions Architects and everything in between. We are a diverse, innovative team which loves translating data, insights, and anecdotes into action (and success!).We are seeking a Program Manager, Global Sales Tools and Platforms to collaborate with the Head of Global Segment Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to identify, implement and manage the global and regional tools necessary to support our strategy and operations teams and enhance productivity. The ideal candidate will drive alignment with broader AWS infrastructure while ensuring focus on the specific needs of the Startup Sales team.This role will partner with global Sales, Sales Operations, Technology & Tooling, and Enablement teams to holistically approach requirement gathering, gap analysis, prioritizing key business processes, establishing deployment strategies, and working with IT partners to ensure successful execution. This is a dynamic, hands-on, roll-up-the-sleeves-job which offers the opportunity to work across a multitude of projects, teams and geographies.Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):* Establishing roadmap prioritizing critical business needs to be met through sales tool development and deployment.* Working with technology partners and vendors to manage roadmap and educate teams on future releases, adjustments, or issues across the platforms.* Developing and managing the global change management plan to facilitate the end-to-end delivery of sales tooling, including the researching, implementation and assessment.* Identifying dependencies, inputs, and outputs as well as track, resolve and report adoption related risks, issues, decisions, actions and progress to the Global Sales Operations and extended leadership teams.* Developing and owning key messaging as well as the change management and training plans to drive engagement and behavioral and cultural change.* 10+ years' experience with complex program management* 5+ years' experience with change management and growth scaling initiatives* Bachelor's degree is required.* Ability to quickly turn ideas into written narratives and to clearly articulate plans and outcomes verbally and in writing, constructing cases which initiate change, understanding and projecting specific benefits to come from that change.* Experience incorporating data into change and communication plans, and in building plans that enable data-driven decision making.* Experience delivering global change management programs for large scale technology initiatives.* Experience creating and executing complex project plans with multiple dependencies, inputs, and outputs.* Masterful prioritization skills and the ability to manage competing priorities with varying timelines.* Certified in project management (PMI, PMP) or process improvement (Six Sigma).* Technical experience, with an understanding of the technology and cloud computing market, and a passion for Cloud products.Inclusive Team CultureHere at AWS, we embrace our differences and view them as a key driver of innovation.
